Sergio and his team were awesome! He came out within a day of my contacting them and provided us a detailed resonable estimate (we got 3 estimates). Their prep work was first class (I was a Tract / Custom Home Superintendent for many years, and know quality work when I see it). They reset all nails, primed all bare wood and any repaired areas, including a clean, neat chalking job. With 2 coats of Sherwood Williams satin paint (both walls and trim). And they were very careful to make sure everything was just the way it was when they arrived. Our house looks great, and is now sealed from the elements for many years to come... He had been doing work for several of my neighbors, here in Genoa, and inquired if I might be interested doing the same. We bought a brand new house that had yellowish white paint on every wall, ceiling, trim, shelves, doors and sills. It was awful. Sergio and team completed the project on time and on budget. They came when they said they would and finished when they said they would - that goes a long way with contractors these days. They also came back for a couple touch ups super fast. Our experience with other contractors is that it takes weeks or months for them to come back to complete a punch list. Not only were they efficient, they were well priced and I’m so happy with the quality of their work. We had a spiral staircase painted, plus all of our doors, baseboards, a fireplace mantle, and window trim. It’s turned out beautifully. I could not be happier. The only minor critique I have is that there was some miscommunication about cleaning some carpet of paint after and they had to scramble a bit clean some of it, but I think we both could have been clearer about it.
